1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CyberArsenal Pro ("the Platform", "the Service"), operated by IAMUVIN (Uvin Vindula), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

CyberArsenal Pro is a cybersecurity reference and scanning platform that provides security scanning tools, a curated directory of ethical hacking resources, password auditing utilities, and related cybersecurity features. The Platform is designed for educational purposes and authorized security testing only.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CyberArsenal Pro only for lawful, authorized, and ethical security testing purposes. Specifically, you must:

• Obtain written authorization from the owner of any system, network, or application before performing any scan or security assessment using this Platform.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Use scan results solely for the purpose of improving the security posture of systems you are authorized to test.
• Report any vulnerabilities discovered through the Platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable disclosure policies.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Platform to:

• Scan, probe, or test any system, network, or application without explicit written authorization from its owner.
• Engage in any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data theft, or system compromise.
• Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
• Exploit vulnerabilities discovered through the Platform for personal gain or malicious purposes.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit scan results without prior written permission from IAMUVIN.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other security measures.

5. Service Tiers

5.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides access to basic scanning features with a limit of 3 scans per day. The free tier is provided without any service level agreement (SLA) and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

5.2 PRO Tier

A paid PRO subscription tier is planned and will be subject to separate terms and pricing when made available. Details will be communicated prior to launch.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with CyberArsenal Pro are owned by IAMUVIN (Uvin Vindula) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all tools, features, and content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. IAMUVIN makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of scan results or any other information provided through the Platform.

We do not guarantee that scan results are exhaustive or that they will identify all vulnerabilities. You acknowledge that cybersecurity is complex and that no automated tool can replace a comprehensive manual security assessment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IAMUVIN and its operator, Uvin Vindula, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to IAMUVIN for use of the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For free tier users, our maximum liability shall not exceed zero dollars ($0).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IAMUVIN, Uvin Vindula, and any affiliated parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your unauthorized scanning or testing of any system.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in unauthorized or illegal activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that may harm the Platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which IAMUVIN operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revisions were made. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
